Yes, at any time as often as necessary. Simply contact your ESP rep or customer service and they can amend your benefit criteria in real time.
Yes. If you forget your login ID or password, there is a “Forgot Your Password” button feature on the home login page. Click the button and it will guide you through the next steps.
If you have a staff turnover at the admin position, we recommend changing the login credentials to ensure security and privacy. Contact customer service to completely reset your login credentials.
BILLING
As the optical staff enter the order details in the online portal, charges are calculated in real time with the amount owing displayed at the end.
Every effort will be made to collect payment directly from the employee. If they have physically received their glasses and payment has not been received within 15 days, we will notify the employer and attempt cost recovery through means such as payroll deduction.
Yes. You can inform your ESP representative of this preference during your account setup. You can also add or delete a “bill to” account at any time, just contact your ESP rep or customer service.
WARRANTY
Every job produced by Eye Safety Plus comes with a 100 day unconditional warranty. If, for any reason, an employee is not satisfied with their prescription safety glasses, simply return to the participating optical location where the job was dispensed from and have the job redone.
All safety frame suppliers also carry one (1) year warranty that protects against manufacturers’ defect or breakage.
Simply return to the original dispensary that you ordered them from and the optical staff will assess and process a warranty claim for replacement.
